The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that he shall pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- [Rupees One lakh only] to the de-facto complainant directly within a period of two weeks without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court. The said condition has been complied with and to prove the said fact, a cost memo has also been filed. The same is, hereby, recorded and no further order is necessary in this petition.
