COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Appeals - filed under Clause XV of Letters Patent Act, to set aside the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.6396 of 2015 & W.P.(MD)No.3422 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018 and to allow the writ appeals to confirm the award with respect to the Issue No.3 and 2 partly and set aside the award with respect to Issue No.1, 4 and Issue No.2 partly passed in I.D.No.670/1989 dated 30.12.2014 in the interest of justice.

Mr.K.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appears for the appellant and Mr.M.E.Elango, learned counsel appears for the second respondent and both state that the parties have settled the matter out of Court.

2. That apart, Mr.M.Ganesan, who is the appellant has filed an affidavit dated Nil, July 2023 to the effect that the subject matter of the writ appeals has been settled out of Court.

3. Mr.KM.Lexmanan, Public Relation Officer representing the Management of the Mills arrayed as R2 is also present in Court today and concurs with the aforesaid position.
