This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 herein to take action against respondents 7 to
18 with regard to the audit objection raised for the fasali year 1428 by the fifth respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 184/2021 dated 30.04.2021 and recover the loss amount from respondents 7 to 18.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 3 to pass orders on the objection within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the interested parties.
