O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to declare the petitioner as successful bidder and issue work order in respect of the item No.1 & 6 of the work mentioned in the tender notification in Na.Ka.No.470/2015/E1 dated 29.09.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.

3. In view of the letter circulated to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
