ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.06.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.11546 of 2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that vide order dated 03.06.2024, this Court directed the respondents to pass orders in accordance with the documents produced by the petitioner and as such, an order is now passed in compliance of the same.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner is entitled to family pension, death benefits, gratuity and other benefits, she has not been paid with the same.

4. Since the order of this Court has been substantially complied by issuing the proceedings, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, she can challenge the order in the manner known to law.
