ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations)Act in Crime No.198 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.7305 of 2021 4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not in a position to grant relief. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
