This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 1320 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the case is a false one and he want to quash the FIR. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police had registered a case in Crime No. 1320 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 120 (b) of IPC, completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.845 of 2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
