CRL MP(MD) No.3964 of 2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner's counsel states that the trial in connection with CC No.252 of 2017 is posted on 09.11.2020, before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. If by chance, this Criminal Original Petition could not be taken up for hearing, the petitioner would have to appear before the Court below. Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.
