To call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Sessions Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur vide judgment dated 23.09.2022 and allow this appeal and acquit the Appellant / Accused from the charge leveled against him. 1/3
Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.AK.AZAGAR SAMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHU MANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.342 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.850 of 2022 dated 12.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4.
