PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner from the Respondent No.3 For Petitioner : Mr.S.Malaikani For R-1 & R-2 : Mr.APG.Ohm Chairma Prabhu Government Advocate

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in earlier, the petition dated 21.05.2020, preferred by this petitioner had been received by the second respondent police and upon which an enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.138 of 2020. In the enquiry, both the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court and therefore, the said enquiry has been closed by the respondent police. According to him, as of now there is no petition is pending with the respondents 1 and

2. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
