Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner's son, namely, Dheepak, S/o Kaliyamurthy in connection with the case in Crime No.119 of 2022 on the file of the respondent, till his +2 public examination from 05.05.2022 to 13.05.2022. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner's son, namely, Dheepak, S/0 Kaliyamurthy in connection with the case in Crime No.119 of 2022 on the file of the respondent, till his +2 public examination from 05.05.2022 to 13.05.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that till the examination is over, the respondent police will not take any coercive steps against the petitioner's son. Once the examination is over, the Law enforcing agency will take steps in the manner known to law.
