Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PONKARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4300 of 2024 vide order, dated 19.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners 2 to 4 are complying with the above condition regularly. However, the first petitioner is not complying with the condition for the past 15 days.

3.Considering the said submission, this petition is dismissed in respect of the first petitioner. He is directed to comply with the condition until further orders. However, in respect of the petitioners 2 to 4, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4300 of 2024 is relaxed.
