J U D G M E N T

[Judgment was delivered by N.SESHASAYEE, J.] In this appeal, the appellant challenges an order of the learned single Judge before whom he challenged the acquisition of his property which the respondents had acquired for widening the road.

2. There is no representation for the appellant.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the award in this matter has been passed and a sum of Rs.1,02,99,856/- has been credited to the bank account of the appellant. He circulated a Memo to that effect.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
