ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No. 31 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent as illegal.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent represented that in this case investigation has already been completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Athur. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that when the stay is in force, the first respondent has filed the charge sheet. 4.Since the first respondent has filed the charge sheet and no documents are available with regard to filing of charge sheet, it is not appropriate to pass any further orders in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file 2/4
