Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issuance of grant the title as per the Tamil Nadu Urban Development Scheme aided with World Bnak, within the Madurai Corporation limit survey No.67/4, 5, 68/2, Madurai - 625 011, Thevar Nagar Area, Plot No.54 has been stands in the name of the petiitoner as per the proceeding 1134/90/A/9 dated 25.06.1993 by considering the representation dated 29.09.2015 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances.

O R D E R

Mr.P.Mahendran, learned standing counsel for Tamiladu Slum Clearance Board takes notice for the respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to issue title document under the Tamilnadu Urban Development Scheme aided with World Bank in respect of Plot No.54 Thevar Nagar Area, which was allotted to the petitioner through proceeding dated 25.09.1993 by the very Slum Clearance Board, Madurai itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the allotment was made as early as in the year 1993 and the petitioner is continuously in occupation and enjoyment of the said property by residing there, the respondent has not executed any document showing title of the petitioner in spite of making several representations. It is stated that last of such representations made on 25.09.2015.

4. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on his request without loss of any further time. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that the petitioner should appear before the respondent on receipt of notice for any enquiry and produce all necessary documents showing the allotment made in his favour.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. NO costs.
