[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner alleges that serious damage has been done at the Athikulam Kanmai in his village. He gave a representation dated 16.10.2015 in this regard. 2.The first respondent vide communication dated 09.10.2015 had called upon the second respondent to take action.
