This petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.681 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondents would submit that already they have completed investigation and filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.681 of 2020 and already the first respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court, and as per F.I.R there are specific allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
