O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 07.04.2016, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 07.04.2016, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party / Bank is with regard to certain deficiency of service. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the higher officials of the Bank including https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
