The present writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to fix the petitioner's pay on par with his junior as per the provisions contained in G.O. (Ms) No.25, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-IV) Department dated 23.03.2015 and as per the proposals sent by the Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai in his Letter R.C.No.Coop 504/2025/K1 dated 30.12.2025 and arrange to send pension proposals.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
