O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the third respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 26.03.2016 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 26.03.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated the date on which his jewels were pledged by the opposite party.

Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal
