The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2018 for the post of Junior Assistant in Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Higher Secondary School, Thirupunavasal, Avudaiyar Koil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, within a time frame.

2.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and it is for the Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Higher Secondary School, Thirupunavasal, Avudaiyar Koil Taluk, Pudukkottai District to forward the requisition to the respondent herein. After scrutinizing the records, if the petitioner is found eligible and requirement is needed, the case of the petitioner would be considered. This will not preclude the petitioner from making a request to the school concerned or the school shall make a request https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the respondent. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
