Decree: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming up for final hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers of the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Sivaraman, Advocate for the Appellant, Mrs.A.Banumathi, Advocate for the Respondents, that the matter has been amicably settled by the parties and the respondents have agreed to receive a sum of Rs.19,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs only) along with 7.5% interest in full quit and this Court while disposing of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:- i)that the Transport Corporation to deposit the settled amount of Rs.19,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs only) along with 7.5% interest within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

ii)that the claimants be and hereby are permitted to withdraw above said amount as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal; and iii)that there be no order as to costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
