JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) This writ appeal is filed challenging the order of the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P(MD)No.7725 of 2019 which the appellant/writ petitioner had filed for a direction from this Court to let her appear for the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test-2019.

2. The very prayer has now become infructuous and hence, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Nothing in this order shall be considered as affecting the right of the appellant/writ petitioner to participate in any subsequent examination subject to relevant Rules and Regulations. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
