ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 447, 294(b), 324, 307 I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.94 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner and other accused persons trespassed into the defacto complainant's shop and they assaulted the defaco complainant and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having eight previous cases. The offence involved is serious in nature.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
