[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This Writ Appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P(MD)No.31337 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that subsequent to the filing of the present writ appeal, the first and second respondents filed a review application. In the review application, the learned single Judge has recalled the earlier order dated 20.12.2024 and dismissed the W.P(MD)No.31337 of 2024 vide order dated 18.12.2024. Therefore, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ appeal. 3.We have gone through the order passed by the learned single Judge in the review application in Rev.Applc(MD)No.121 of 2025. Since the order challenged in the writ appeal has now been recalled and the writ petition itself has been dismissed, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeal.

If the appellant is aggrieved by the order passed in the review application dated 18.12.2025, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous appeals are dismissed.
