3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the respondent Police has already filed charge sheet in Crime No.168 of 2013, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Theni and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.369 of 2014.
