ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the permission to go abroad during the pendency of the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2013 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that when the final report was filed before the Court, the same was rejected on the ground that the same is bared by limitation and therefore, cannot be taken, in view of the bar under Section 468 of Cr.P.C.
