ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2013 and to re-allot a plot nearest to the earlier allotted plot and order to pay the cost of constructions put up therein. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since, the house site allotted to the petitioner by the Government was needed for the use of the third respondent, he was informed that he would be allotted with a different one. Despite several representations sent to the respondents, to allot him a new house site, no such house site was allotted. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2013, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already passed. 6.The writ petition is disposed of as above.
