Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Declaration declaring the action of the respondents in not selecting the petitioner for the post of Tradesman in the 1st respondent Corporation on the ground that he did not obtain Apprenticeship Training Certificate after undergoing training at any one of the Transport Corporations run by the Government of Tamil Nadu is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to select and provide appointment to the petitioner for the post of Tradesman by considering his educational qualification on par with those candidates attended along with him in the interview held on 08.03.2013 by treating his National Apprenticeship Certificate obtained after undergoing Apprenticeship Training at Government Automobile Workshop, Madurai on par with National Apprenticeship Certificate obtained by the other candidates by undergoing Training at Transport Corporations run by Government of Tamil Nadu.
