Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle of Tractor cum Trailer bearing registration No.TN 60-E- 6255 from the custody of the third respondent's police and consequently direct the third respondent to hand over the above vehicle to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.Gnanagurunathan For Respondents : Mr.C.Ramar, Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that the vehicle has been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur in PRC No. 44 of 2020.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner will move the Court below within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to move the Court below, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
