ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 03.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2617 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD) No.258 of 2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without fail. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent also confirmed that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 05.02.2026.

3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 03.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2617 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No. 258 of 2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial court on the first working day of every month.
