This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.457 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19928 of 2025 dated 09.01.2026.. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation in this case is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
