JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed primarily on the ground that the proper party was not impleaded.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that the appellant would file a fresh Writ Petition, after impleading Mr.Sekar as a party. The learned counsel made an endorsement that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is withdrawing the Writ Petition with liberty to file a comprehensive Writ Petition, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal.
