ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, to conduct survey of the land of the petitioner measuring 2184 Sq.ft at S.No.54/2A1A1A of Usilampatti Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner had given a representation and had also paid necessary charges on 12.09.2022. The learned counsel stated that there is no dispute in title over the said property.
2. A direction is given to the respondent to proceed further in accordance with the representation given by the petitioner herein, issue notice to the petitioner and thereafter if no other objections are raised by any third party, proceed to survey the land of the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
