This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent herein to register a complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.04.2016 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 06.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
