ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 19.11.2024 in W.P(MD)No.27580 of 2024 by the respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27580 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024, is complied in letter and spirit and also placed before me photographs in that regard. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner categorically submitted that the order is not complied even the autos are parked before the said place.

4.A careful perusal of the photographs produced by the second respondent Municipality would reveal that the order of this Court is complied with by placing a board in that place citing the order of this Court, directing that parking of other vehicles is unwarranted. 5.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 16.06.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Mrn 2/4
