ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.283 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner and other accused persons trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and abused him with filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having previous cases. 5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
