O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of petitioner's Arbitration Application Under Section 3 G (5) of National Highways Act, 1956, dated 22.04.2013 for determination of compensation. 2.The petitioner's land has been acquired for widening of the National Highways. Not being satisfied with the quantum of compensation awarded, he filed an Arbitration Application Under Section 3 G(5) of National Highways Act, 1956, dated 22.04.2013 to the respondent for enhancement of compensation.

3.According to the petitioner, the said application is not considered and no order was passed by the respondent. Hence, he has come out with the present writ petition.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the Arbitration Application filed by the petitioner, dated 22.04.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits, and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
