2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.12898 of 2019 dated 31.01.2022 is complied with by an order dated 15.11.2022 passed by the respondent and the learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed the same.
