This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the complaint and representations of the petitioner dated 07.02.2025 and 26.02.2025 respectively and to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action in pursuance of the complaint and representation dated 07.02.2025 and 26.02.2025 after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, she lodged the complaint as against her husband before the third respondent, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, they issued summons on 14.02.2025 for appearance of the petitioner on 18.02.2025 but she has not responded for the same. In the mean time, the Commissioner of Police, Madurai has forwarded the complaint to All Women Police Station, Madurai South and the same is under enquiry. He would further submit that the third respondent also forwarded the complaint to All Women Police Station, Madurai South. 4.
Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and already the petitioner's complaint was forwarded to All Women Police Station, Madurai South, it is for them to enquire the matter and if any cyber crime involved in this case, All Women Police Station, Madurai South, shall forward the same to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct appropriate enquiry and proceed in accordance with law. 5.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach All Women Police Station, Madurai South with available records.
