ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day upon perusing the petition upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.Snehan Kandasamy for Mr.M.Shakul Hameed for the Petitioner, and Mr.R.Hari Babu for Respondent this Court made the following order:
"Mr.S.Snehan Kandasamy, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Shakul Hameed, learned counsel for the petitioner on record seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition.
2.However, it is unnecessarily opposed by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent on the ground that the petitioner had disobeyed the interim order granted by this Court which is sought to be reviewed. 3.This Court finds no merit in the objection raised by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent. If the petitioner has committed willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court earlier, it is open to the 1st respondent to prosecute the petitioner for contempt.
4.Therefore, recording the submission of Mr.S.Snehan Kandasamy, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
