This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.02.2016 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 07.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR.No.19 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed, similarly, on the complaint against the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR.No.18 of 2016 was conducted and that has also been closed and a copy of the closure report in connection with CSR.No.19 of 2016 has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is

closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
