This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and insisted the petitioner to settle the money dispute with the defacto complainant. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, they have called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. They have not insisted the petitioner to settle the amount to the defacto complainant.
4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that they have called the petitioner for enquiry and not harassed the petitioner, this petition stands closed.
