The petitioner had made an application seeking patta on 17.01.2023 in application No.2023/0105/30/295396. This was with respect to lands measuring 6 cents and 850 sq.ft in R.S.No.557/12A at Athencode Village, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District. It is stated that there are no rival claimants.

2.Heard, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondents.

3.A direction is issued to the third respondent, to examine the application given by the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner and to anybody else, who may directly or indirectly relates to the subject matter, thereafter, proceed to do the needful. The said exercise should be completed 2/4

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
