Prayer in CRL OP(MD)NO.5434 of 2020 :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st Additional Sessions (Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases PCR) Trichy to consider the bail application of the petitioner in Cr.No.1065 of 2020 on the same date of surrender and dispose the same.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Maheswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents No 1&2, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5434 of 2020, dated 21.05.2020 to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST cases, PCR), Trichy.
