Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, in Crl.MP.NO.3511 of 2019 vide his order dt 06.12.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to return the vehicle namely Tipper Lorry bearing its registration No. TN63 AB 2133 in connection with the case in Crime No.87 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent to the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M. Pitchai Muthu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. Rms. Sethuraman, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in CRL.R.C(MD).No.119 of 2020, dated 14.02.2020 has been complied with and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
