RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.7163 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 09.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 20.07.2020 without fail.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 14/08/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
