This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 05.04.2016 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 498(A), 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.6 of 2016 has been registered on 24.04.2016 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
