ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint made by the 3rd Respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent the matter was enquired in G-4/79/7896/DIG/2023, and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the civil dispute is pending between the parties and that they were advised to work out the remedy through civil proceedings and it was also accepted by the parties.
3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 15.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No trp 2/4
