O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take action in accordance with law under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code, based on the complaint dated 12.03.2018 and 02.07.2018 given by the petitioner. 2.A reading of these two complaints clearly reveals the fact that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the persons against whom, two complaints have been given. 3.It is a case where the petitioner will have to resolve this dispute only before the competent Civil Court and the respondents cannot initiate any action based on the complaint given by the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court in accordance with law. 4.In that view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
